Plans and fees
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plan details and prices are at tapaali.com/pricing.
Meta conversation charges
You are responsible for conversation-based charges levied by Meta. We pass these charges through at cost without markup. Meta's pricing is set by Meta and may change without notice.
07. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except for our 7-day money-back guarantee for new monthly customers who have sent fewer than [1,000] messages.
10. WhatsApp & Meta Policies
Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Solution Terms. We are not liable for any suspension or ban taken by Meta against your business account.

16. Limitation of Liability
